Your Flexible Solution for AMC Monitoring

Surveying different micro-environments in a fab is now fast and easy with Tiger Optics’ GO-cart™, the mobile solution for monitoring Airborne Molecular Contaminants (AMCs). It can be equipped with any combination of T-I Max analyzers to monitor simultaneously and in real-time for the most critical contaminants in cleanroom air: NH₃, HCl and HF (other analytes available as well). All analyzers come with a compact, low-power, fanless vacuum pump optimized for cleanroom operation.

Tiger Optics’ mobile GO-cart is easy to move around the fab and comes with the following features:

• Space for up to four T-I Max monitors
• Integrated low-power, fanless vacuum pump
• No calibration, maintenance or consumables required (for both cart and analyzers)
• Top-mounted central control touchscreen
• Integrated UPS backup power supply (optional)
• Conductive ESD paint (optional)
