Hydrogen Fuel Cells
Applications
Contaminants in hydrogen are a key issue for the adoption of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, as they can compromise the performance or even damage critical components in proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells. Tiger provides ideal solutions for hydrogen purity analysis for many of the critical molecules identified in purity standards such as SAE J2719 or ISO 14687. Tiger’s Spark and HALO families, as well as the multi-species Prismatic 2 offer high sensitivity and unparalleled user-friendliness for monitoring these compounds in hydrogen fuel, including CO, CO2, CH4, H2O, O2, NH3 and CH2O. All of Tiger’s CRDS analyzers can be used according to ASTM Standard Test Method D7941 for fast and consistent results.
